I know dehydrators can be expensive, right? But we don't want that to be the reason that someone decides not to make good treats for their pets.'s an idea for a homemade dehydrator - it works really well.

Get some fans (the square floor fans - the kind you can get at a box store for ten bucks) and some bungee cords and air filters. All you do is clean the fans - and lay one down on your kitchen counter. Lay the filter over the fan, and put your strips of food on it. Then, stack your next fan/filter/food combo until you're done. Cap the end with a filter and bungee them all together.

Then - just stand them up, turn them on, and wait for 8 hours!

Voila! Dehydrated treats!
