Hello!

My name is Carla and I am from Pittsburgh, PA. My husband and I have 3 kitties. Koda and Kenai are 3.5 and are tuxedo brothers and were adopted from foster care. They are very big cats in great health. We also have Milton whose mother was rescued from a cat "sanctuary" that ended up to be anything but. Milton was born shortly after his mother was removed from the property. Milton is 2.5 and has pica (persistent craving and compulsive eating of nonfood substances). When we initially realized this we took him to the vet to make sure there was no health issues. Sure enough, there weren't. He just has pica. I searched high and low on the internet for ways to protect Milton and there was no article that gave ideas. Over the last year we have discovered many "tricks" and I've joined to tell Milton's story and to help other owners of pica kitties!
