Joining the forum
Hey everyone!
My name is Jess and I am just starting out here.
I currently live with my boyfriend and decided to get a cat to join our family. We have been living together for about two years now.
We adopted Ceasar from the SPCA. His original name was "Tyrone" and he was given up due to his owners getting "attacked" by his neighbors and they had to move to a place they couldn't have cats. Needless to say, our "ghetto kitty" has a new home.
We just adopted a kitten yesterday to give Ceasar some company and because, well, we wanted one. This little guy is just over 8 weeks and is a ball off energy when he isn't sleeping on my shoulder, head, or chest. Hes a cutey but Ceasar is definitely not acclimated yet. I'm hoping some of you can offer some reassurance that he will learn to be civil. Right now they are separated but their few encounters have been full of growls and hissing.
