I know I know impossible but seriously I've worn a black leather coat for the last few years and the zipper broke so I took out my freshly dry cleaned black wool coat to wear and within 2 weeks the cat hair was acutally inter woven with some of the fibers in the coat making it impossible to remove. I had three friends patting me down with duct tape and that still wasn't enough.

Sorry can't help ya here 8O
My "getting ready" routine includes grabbing the outfit with the least hair :p
With 2 shedding dogs, 7 cats, and 5 rabbits living in the house it's quite impossible for us to keep our clothes completely fur free 8O

Different materials require different techniques. The sticky roller brush is good for some things but not everything. Try an actual lint brush or, since it's a wool coat, try a rubber glove. I use a rubber glove to get cat hair off my furniture, curtains and certain materials. Works like a charm. Put on the glove and take short, firm strokes in one direction and the hair should roll into little balls. I'd love to know the results for you. :D

What kind of a rubber glove? The big yellow kind with the textured palms?

I just use cheap rubber gloves that you use for dishes. I use it dry but you can dampen it a little too. I wear a lot of wool clothing and either the rubber glove or a basic lint brush works great for me. I think you just have to experiment as different materials and the different types of cat hair make a difference. I don't think any one thing works in all situations.
