Hi everyone!

I have two 6 months old boys who have just gone for their neuter 2 weeks ago and the wounds are healing fine. When they came back from the surgery, Mikan vomitted a sticky yellow fluid that night but has not since. However, Princey has been vomitting clear sticky fluid (no solids), with just the slightest tinge of yellow, like once every 2 days since.

They are otherwise very active and have a hearty appetite. What can be the cause for the vomitting? Should I bring him to the vet? Please advice me, thanks!

Yes. I would contact the vet who performed the surgery on your cats, and tell him/her what you just told us. I have had many cats spayed and neutered, but I have never experienced any barfing after surgery.

Call the Vet and definitely ask them what it could be, maybe it's just the body rejecting any shots or fluids they had to take down when they had to get neutered but I would call or take in your cats to the vet. Good luck!
