Hi all,

I am new here and out of curiosity I would like to know which breed is the largest...(height and weight combined) or are there several breeds that are comparable, I am looking for only the breeds readily avalible here in the USA.

Maine ****'s are known to be rather large cats. Males of any breed tend to be larger than females....

Why not go to your local shelter and find a big tabby boy? I see them all the time, and so rarely do they get adopted.
