We have a new kitty. I went to buy a new stove today and the shop owner had kittens and told my 4 year old twins they could have one...

Now I have a new stove and a kitten... absolutely no background on him whatsoever. I'm guessing he's around 6ish weeks old? He's eating solid food. The girls have named him Leo.

We've never had a 'kitten' before. My son's cat is almost 10 and we got her as a young adult, and our Feral showed up as an adult as well.. this will be a totally new experience for me.

Adorable kids and kitty! At 6 wks., kitty should have stayed with momacat and litter mates to learn his manners, and control of his bite and claws. Since you have your son's cat and a feral, hopefully they will teach kitty his manners. All the best.

It sounded like he had already given away all the other litter mates when he gave Leo to the girls. I'm hoping the cats already here will help him learn his manners, Bobbi has been teaching our feral, Smoke, them for a bit now so I'm hopeful she's up to the job!

He is super cute!! I'm sure your other cats will be quick to help him learn his manners. Now it may take him a few tries to figure out what they are trying to tell him lol. Kittens are a lot of fun but goodness they can drive you insane sometimes!

He's already cracking me up. He wants on my computer desk, so I of course have to let him! He's already trying to knock everything off of it! He's been trying to push my cell phone off for about five minutes now.. but he's not strong enough to move it! I think he's going to end up being my little buddy. I've got a little table next to my desk with a blanket on it for him to snooze on and now that he's up he's running around the desk!

Ha, nothing like going for a kitchen appliance and coming back with a tiny, adorable ball of fur! (at least you also got the stove)

He is sooo cute! It's easy to see how tiny he is in the first pic where your daughter has her arm around him!

I'd love to see pics of him now, since it's already been 6 or so weeks since you posted these! :)
