My cat has been hiding under the couch since yesterday afternoon. He will not take food or water , and not eating is very unusual for him, he LOVES food. He hasn’t tried to go to the litter box or even walk around. What should I do? Have you ever experienced this?

He has also been taking prazosin for feline lower urinary disease for about a week or so. Has been acting normal before yesterday afternoon

Vet ASAP, especially with urinary issues. It sounds like he's in pain and possibly blocked. The medication may have helped a stone move so far down his urethra but now it could be stuck. This may not be what is happening but either way I would be getting him to a professional.
