I went behind the building today to get some barbed wire, and out of know where this kitten ran out. Scared the crap out of me! There seems to be a litter of 3 or 4 kittens, behind my shop.

I put out some food and water out, looks like "CJ Rescue" will be getting some more kittens

What a little cutie!! Ugh...it's so sad when those cute little darlings are homeless. I'm really glad you have a place to take them though -- I hope they are safe. God knows what they are eating or what could get to them if you don't get to them first. It sounds like stray cats are really a problem where you live.
