Last week I noticed a fairly large cut up my cat, Marnie's, leg. I have no idea where she got it. It hasn't gotten any better. What can I put on it to help her heal quickly that is safe for her skin?

Yup. When it originally happened, OTC neosporin ointment would have been a good choice. But at this point it sounds like it's infected--kitty needs to be on systemic antibiotics.
