hi everyone !
suddenly yesterday my cat started kind of coughing ( more like trying to get something out of her chest ) for about 5-8 min !!
it also happend again today early morning ....
suddenly 2 hours later , she was extremely weak , breathing really fast and could barely open her eyes ....
i emmediatly called the vet , he came over and checked her , he said that she has some lung virus and that her lungs are a bit blocked thats why she is breathing fast , i also noticed lots of saliva in her mouth , he said thats becoz of the lack of oxygen .
her temprature was 40 , so he gave her 2 injections , one for tempretaure and one to open the lungs ..... and he said everything will be fine !!
but i got no more info from him !! so im really worried , what kind of disease would that be ? is it dangerous ? and what can i do to help her ?
i measured her breathing today and it was 55/min ! which is kind of fast !
now she is in pain becoz of the injections which were given on both thights ! so she has problems walking/sitting !!
so if anyone can provide me with more info i would be really gratefull !
