I am super worried right now. My cat is sick acting. He is not his normal self and he's really lethargic and he just hides under furniture. He seems to have pain when I pick him up just because of the urgency of his meows.

he just had his 3rd distemper shot around this time yesterday. could this be a result of the shot?

Possibly, whatever it is, I think you should take him to the vet. Keep us posted!!!

Yes, the distemper shot will do that. I remember being worried about Barnaby a few years ago when he was like that after a shot but the vet said that was normal.
