Hi, my cat which is a Male 10 years old and always an in-door cat, has been acting strange lately. Its been on dry food all its life without any problems. In the last two months, it cant seem to keep its food down. It thrown up pretty much all of it at a time. I thought that it may be eating to much, so I downsized its rations, but that doesn't help. If the protion is small, sometimes it just throws up a lot of foamy type spit. HELP?

Yes I did take him to the Vet, he told me to change his diet to wet food, I tried for a week, but X would'nt eat much of it, I almost had to force it down. Now he's back on sience diet which he eats but unfortunatly cant keep down.

My Blueberry has the exact same problem. I know that a diet comprised of all canned food is not the best, but why let them suffer and get thinner and thinner? He likes treats too. You could supplement with Nutracal. Oh, you will probably be wise to brush his teeth. Crunchy food helps their teeth, so brushing will help make up for that benefit.

Blueberry seemed to enjoy the kittens' food when I was breeding cats. That was moistened kitten chow mixed with canned food and allowed to get soft.[/b]
