I recently took my 3 year old cat to the vet as he was feeling very tired and was very lethargic. The vet gave him antibiotics and told me that it's most likely an infection which has led to high fever. He also said my cat has some kidney and liver problems. He has given me renal food and 4 supplements for kidney and liver. Just wanted a second opinion from you guys.

Those kidney function values are off, but at this point...and not being a vet...I can't advise you on that. I believe there is a facebook page for people who have cats with renal problems. I highly recommend that you find this, or a forum that is dedicated to this subject, and join. When my cat had renal failure I was supported and informed by the group I joined and it made all the difference for me and my cat. I wish you the best of luck.
