I work as a tech at a veterinary ER and I have come to adopt 4 kittens. Three of them were brought in as newborns by good sams, too young to eat on their own so i took them in as fosters to save them from euthanasia. The fourth I adopted after she was brought to my clinic by a good Sam after being hit by a car on the freeway. Since she was considered a stray she was taken to the pound after treatment. Thankfully her injuries were minor, however she was quite skiddish and things weren't looking to great for her being up for adoption. I figured she was lucky to survive being hit by a car, all 1.5 lbs of her, i wouldn't stand for her to be passed up on having a safe and happy home. I applied to adopt her that day. So now a year and a half later, all four of my babies all very close together in age are quite the handful. I've run into many dilemmas with scratching and jumping on furniture, I fugured t was time to look into joining a forum site for additional advice!
