Hello, I'm not sure if my kitten has flu. His nose pretty often is cold. Could it be flu? is it dangerous?

Thanks

Actually, I always thought that a cold wet nose was a good sign. If it's dry and warm that's a bad sign isn't it??

My cat Twinkie's nose is usually wet and cold when he is ready for his canned food or sometimes in the morning. My other cats nose is usually more dry....

Actually, a study was done on this, and there was no correlation whatsoever between the health of the animal and whether the nose was cold, hot, wet or dry.

Cheers,

Has the kitten shown any signs of being sick?

If so, a vet visit is in order... especially being that it's a kitten.

there is no linearity in the state of my kitties, noses - they are sometimes wet sometimes cold - I am relieved to hear there is no connection to good or bad for that matter
