Hi I'm Jann - my family knows me as Granny Jann. I have 4 cats and just had 4 more ( a mommy and 3 kitties) thrown out at my farm so I guess I now have 5 cats and 3 kitties. I also have 5 dogs and 1 horse. Probably a good thing people don't toss out elephants in my front yard or I would have them too.

cat got skunked

Hi - new here - just recently introduced myself. Over the weekend I obtained 4 more cats ( a mommy and 3 kitties) when someone dumped them out at my farm. The poor momma is an absolute sweetheart but unfortunately came in contact with a skunk before I found her. She and the babies reek horribly. Bathing them in tomato juice and vinegar is absolutely out of the question (I don't think she would allow it and the babies just got their eyes open). Any ideas of how to lessen the stench?
