I have a new foster coming, Paul Stanley of a Kiss themed litter that was born over the summer to a stray mom. His three siblings have been adopted, but he was a sickly kitten, so he is still with the rescue. Healthy now, but past the tiny kitten stage.

Bentley, my foster with Cerebellar Hypoplasia, is going to a new foster who has more time to attend to his needs...he has had some issues come up lately that are beyond what I can handle right now. She is home all day and has a cat who recently had a front leg amputated and needs a gentle playmate.

We are basically swapping...Paul Stanley is young and playful and will hopefully be a good match with Cheddar Biscuit, who is sometimes too rough with Bentley.

Anyway, new foster, and I still have my other foster Daphne for going on a year now.

Awww, he's a cutie! I've seen him on the AAU FB page. Hopefully Bentley does well in his new foster home. He's adorable too.

I think it will be a better situation for him...I'm actually questioning the diagnosis of CH at this point because he seems to be getting worse. He used to walk and hop around, but now he has trouble walking and can't get in and out of a litter box, though he will go if you put him in it on a schedule. And my young male cat treats him like a stuffed toy. I have him separated from my other animals right now, but I feel like a kitten shouldn't be alone.

Where was he diagnosed with CH? Have they considered getting a second opinion?

It sounds like Paul Stanley will be perfect for Cheddar Biscuit. Boys can play so rough sometimes!

Yeah, I talked to the lady who is taking him and he will be going to a specialist for another opinion. He was diagnosed at GVS, but he has been to the vet (different ones) at least 10 times in the 3-ish months I've had him. He has been through a lot. They first thought FIP, so he has had a concoction of medicines, bloodwork, xrays, but then they ruled that out. He has had the worst eye infection I've ever seen, uri, diarrhea, all better now fortunately. The next step I think is an MRI to rule out conditions similar to CH.

GVS is great. They are pricey, but I've had really good experiences there. I hpoe they find out what's wrong with the poor guy! :(
