i have had cujo for almost two months now. he is a domestic medium hair, and he cleans himself constantly, but he has never coughed up a hairball. i feed him nutro natural choice. should i be worried? and what would a hairball look like for an orange/white cat?

well i have lived with my partner for nearly 2 years now, our oldest cat, pebbles, although she has freedom of when she wants to go out since we have a catflap, ive only ever seen 2 hairballs from her, she is in perfect health according to the vet on her last lot of jabs/check-up.
Personally i wouldnt be worried unless you noticed she isnt happy/not herself etc etc

I dont think there is anything to worry about. I've had Twinkie and Sugar about a year and some months and only recently has Sugar thrown up a few hairballs, since she was a grey/white cat it was kind of a dark blackish grey color. Twinkie has never thrown up a hairball ever, so I'm thinking its b/c he doesnt constantly clean like Sugar. Such a dirty lil boy! 8)
