I have an elderly(Stage IV Kidney Cancer, Arthritis, etc.) Norwegian Forest Cat. It would be logical, to think. She yowls because she is in pain. But when she is picked up to do her fluids(beyond the drinking of water), she doesn't yowl. So, My question is, why would she be yowling? She never screams in pain, unless she gets' stepped on. But she has the same loud tone every time she yowls. It is so loud that, I have to cover my ears. It is always long and drawn out.
