We have a set of sisters, Twizzler and Skittles. Skittles is okay around people but Twizzler is odd. She'll only let you pet her in the bathroom. Most specifically, in the bathtub. It's also the only place she'll purr.

All of our cats have had odd habits so I'm not really surprised by this but I want to know if this is normal. Is there anyway to break her of this habit?

Some cats only like petting and affection on their terms, and if you're sitting on "the throne" they take advantage of you being somewhat immobile for a while, and then come for pets and then walk away and come back. They know while you're sitting there you're not coming after them to smother them in hugs and kisses. The ones that love the hugs and kisses will jump in your lap!

It's not really even when I'm taking care of my business. She'll just want you to follow her into the bathroom. When you get there, she jumps in the tub and stands on he hind legs
