Do you think there should be photo rating in the gallery?

I agree. I used to frequent ratemykitten.com until the admins let it go to pot & it got over run with rude comments. I really couldn't care less about the rating, I just liked looking at the pics and reading comments.

For me, I rate the photo more than the cat. All cats are 10, right? I don't think I've voted much on our gallery anyway but on ratemykitten, I vote for the photo. If it's blurry I give it a 1, if it's a creative shot or one that's hard to capture, I give it a 10. But for our gallery, I don't think the voting is necessary.

As do I - looks really cat (your avatar).

Personally, I think all the photos are a 10 too. Although some people may like to vote, I would rather just the posting feature.

On that note, something I find kinda annoying is how when you vote, without wanting a message left it leaves a blank one.

I really liked my avatar because it looks like 2 of my cats. They are Himalayans and have the most beautiful blue eyes! I adopted one from the shelter and "saved" the other from being put to sleep by her owner. I just found the picture on the internet and fell in love with it. I would like to have a picture of my cats as my avatar, but still need to get a scanner and digital camera-- College=Broke
