Time for me to brag about my son again! LOL!
He just sent me these pics...this is part of his daily routine.
Of course he sends pics with no description of what exactly he is doing?
But he sure looks good while he is doing it! LOL!

Close....but none of them look just like the ones he is wearing.
I will have to ask them if they are as soft as they look and flexible.
They look like canvas material not leather...I will ask him.
I wonder if he is required to wear steel toes...forget it then...
or wait maybe not....maybe my kids could use a kick in the butt
from time to time with a steel toe boot...LOL!

Daniel

There's a certain something about a hunky guy who wears glasses.
It suggests a great mixture of macho and intelligent :D

you must be proud of him

First of all, we know you're not old enough to be the mother of this handsome young man! Second, it's obvious that he's putting the whatchamacallit it on that thingamajig, and doing it correctly, I might add!

That is one handsome young man!!!!

So, is he single? Lol, just kidding...
Yes he is single and it breaks my heart...
He married the most beautiful young girl in the world and in less than 1 year they are divorcing....he did her really wrong and broke this little piece of my heart in the process because I raised him to treat women better than he did...
He needs a few years to "Grow up" in the relationship department!

There called Pro-Med ACU Boots. Soldiers wear them before, during and after deployment until the military puts them back in their BDU's

I hope you aren't letting it hurt you anymore -- I bet Daniel will be strong and whole in no time. It's obvious from the way he treats you and the rest of your kids that he is making amends with his heart. He's growing up just fine -- sometimes they just slip and fall along the way. My brother fell into similar trouble so I know how you must feel. It doesn't mean you didn't raise him right. You're a wonderful mother.

And WOOEEE! What a man! Just the right mix of mommy and daddy I think. ;) He is certainly handsome. I know you're proud -- heck, I'm proud of him FOR you! hehe

Thinking about my daughter-in-law today and I get this email from my son this evening about how the 2 of them together have agreed to surrender their German Shepard to a GSD Rescue...
right now my parents are temporarily caring for the dog.

So I try not to get my hopes up that they might possibly work things out?
I dunno....maybe this time apart has helped them!
They are talking with each other again... :D

One step at a time, Dawn. :) Remember that if they are talking like civilized people, that is great. It means they have learned something. But that doesn't necessarily mean that all of the reasons they didn't work in the first place...have disappeared. Celebrate the small gains. That's a good start. If anything more comes of it, then celebrate that when it comes. :)

It's human nature. Just keep it in check is all I'm saying. :) You love him, and that's impossible to keep in check. But try to keep the wishful thinking to yourself -- they've got enough pressure as it is. You've got so much to be proud of and thankful for -- hopefully that helps.
