Thumper 73, normally a cat will only pee into something that already smells of urine. Do you wash out the dog's bed? Is his litter box clean?. Usually a cat peeing in other places other than his litter box, can be caused by the two afore mentioned possibilities, or that he is under stress, from not being comfortable around his house mates.
