My cat threw up twice in a row just now, and he also threw up the day before. Since he ate all his food, then puked, I'm afraid that he didn't really get a full stomach and is perhaps still hungry, so I was wondering what I could feed him now that wouldn't upset his stomach any further. His food is dry feed, and he is alright with it (being on it, fine, for about 1-2 weeks). So, perhaps canned tuna or something? Because I don't have any canned cat food available. Or should I just not give him anything until tomorrow and his daily amount of dry food?

do you think perhaps he is eating too fast? I have one cat that occasionally will gulp her food so fast, she throws it up within a couple minutes after eating. You could try offering his food in several small meals or give him a bit of canned food to slow him a bit. If it doesn't resolve, see a vet.
