As some may know, I adopted 2 9-week old kittens who came down with a rather nasty URI. Rupert got it the worst, as his eye got red and icky. After scratching at it and making it worse (making mom panic in the process) and a couple trips to the vet, he was stuck wearing "The Cone" until it healed up.

Except for some left over sniffles and sneezes from him and his brother (Rupert still gets an antibiotic, his brother Gaz has finished his course), you'd never know they were sick at all. Rupert actually wears out Gaz now.... didn't think that was possible!

Here's Rupert from the other night:

I (teasingly) asked him the other night if he'd like to put the cone back on. Wow. If looks could kill, lol!

I can't help it, but I have to add a couple more. Seeing them through the rough patch has been so incredibly worth it! :luv Figured I'd just add on to this thread rather than start a new one.

Gaz....

Rupert...
