im in need of help my cat idk wats wrong here a picture of him i relly need help ive been crying all day its a Sunday so the vets closed looks like a scab there but a lump formed around it and the fur has fall off around and on it plz help

I don't think your picture posted. Did you take your cat to the vet? Hope everything is OK now.
