Your story horrifies me. Poor baby (both of you)! I've never heard of anything like this. My recommendation, if you can possibly swing it, is to get your little girl down to the vet school at Mississippi State University at Starkville. That's where you will find the veterinary specialists and diagnostic equipment capable of diagnosing the treating Lily. Rather than wasting more money and time on local vets who aren't doing anything to effectively help Lily, get her to the U, along with copies of ALL of her vet records and lab results from ALL of the vets she's seen so far.
I'm scared for Lily, as I know you are, too. I don't know how she can possibly survive much longer without an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
