I'll probably post this on the health board after I get approved, but I thought I'd post it on here too.

I have a female cat Zoe who is 9 years old. Over the past year, she developed a skin condition on her back. It's basically a bunch of crusty, scabby pieces of skin that sometimes bleed and sometimes make her hair fall out.

We recently took her to the vet and found out that it is not dermatitis and it is not caused by a bacteria or fungus (since our other cat is not affected). She was given a shot of antibiotics and a shot of steroids, along with an anti-fungal shampoo, which cleared up the infection but now it seems to be coming back.

Has anyone else's cat had a similar issue?
