We have a reason to believe that Teddys non-weight gain lies within the food... Dry Wellness Kitten Food. He seems to have trouble chewing it. So we went and bought some canned wellness cat food and see if that puts a few ounces on him.

Does anyone think that is a good solution? He'll still have access to dry food because we free-feed the kittens.

What a coincidink! I just recently got my kitties Wellness canned also! I think thats a great idea giving them canned food to plump them up but also its good b/c its got lots of moisture in them.

Anyways right now I'm feeding my cats Science diet id/proplan chicken, felidae and chicken soup for cat lovers.... i'm transitioning right now so whew, lot of mixing...

Sorry went off subject somewhat...

Good luck with your kitties and to plump them up, I try to with Twinkie btw, give them treats that they like too if they like treats and its also a good way to train them meanwhile too...
