Anja,I have 2 cats that exhibit the same personalities. Yet, they are not alone because they have each other, (not to mention the others in my menagerie also). I suggest that perhaps you could get another furkid to keep your original pet company. She could learn not to be so dependent on your presence. BTW, who takes care of her when you are away? Do you have a pet sitter, or even know of a pet boarder, should you go away for more than 1 day?
