Found what appears to be a tooth, do they loose em? She's a bit over 5 months old.

Yes, they do! It's unusual to find them, though. Just as human beings do, they lose their baby teeth at different ages.

I think I even saw it come out of her mouth! She was licking her chops like she always does after eating, but kinda looked like playing with it with tongue and fell to floor... I picked it up and could see a little blood, wondered if she was playing with a toy and bit too hard. Pryed her mouth open with my fingers gently and didn't see anything. Thought for a second maybe a nail, but figured if she lost one of those there would be more blood.

Yup, around 5ish months is about the time they start to loose their baby teeth. I've seen at least a few of them in my life time.
