I know they say that you shouldn't see a cat's third eyelid unless he/she is sick. But I noticed a few times that Kiera will kinda be laying in her kitty bed with her eyes 3/4 closed, and I'll see the white part on the side... and once when she was dozing on the table with the eye open just a bit. She seems completely fine otherwise.

So basically I was wondering if it's normal to see that eyelid when the kitty's in a partially-unconcious state?

Scully does the same thing when she's really relaxed. You should only be concerned if the cat is awake and alert and the third eyelid is still visible. This happened with my dog and it turned out he had an irritation on the cornea.
