By products are not very good for a cat but have you tried like all natural foods like Felidae or Chicken Soup? Thats what I use and my cats do really well on it, although they like foods with meat also. When you mean meat, do you mean meat you cook or like beef with no by products listed on the dry food ingredient list :?:

I think my cat may be alergic to meat. (You may see my other message "poopie problems for big cat") Well I realized that she does well concerning her BM's when she is on a diet that consists of meat bi-products and chicken meal, instead of real whole meat.
