You know I just wanted to say that I think I have very very good kitties. I realize this as I read alot about cats that just terrorize your home, bite everything, use the restroom everywhere. I mean as I'm typing now, Sugar isn't biting on all the cords hanging around on my desk and Twinkie just minds his own business mostly. They both use their litterbox, even when I dont clean it perfectly, they aren't picky about litter brands, they dont wake me up in the morning unless I let them walk all over me, they are just overall good kitties. **Knocks on wood**

I hope they stay like this forever...

Does anyone else have good kitties too, ones that don't do bad things around your home, and basically are well behaved?

i've never had a litter box problem with my kitty (so far anyway, it's been 3 months and 8 days. :D ) he's never puked either. although, he does get into some mischief, biting my feet and shoelaces. but he is also an angel. usually when he's sleepy.

:)

My little angels are just that - angels.

When he was a baby, we had one litter box problem. Just one. Might have been stress. Might have been an upset tummy. It was just once.

With Boo, she had one incident as well, though she was older. She was pissed at my sis for going away for the weekend, so decided to show that frustration literally.

They don't bite things they aren't supposed to. They don't do anything bad. Do they push boundries a bit, IE sniff at the table? Yeah. But that's normal. Who doesn't push the boundries a bit to test um? Hehe.

I've always thought of myself as pretty lucky with my 2 cats. For the most part they have no problems. They knock things over sometimes and a few glasses have gotten broken. I have a few puke stains in my carpet. But overall I think my cats are well behaved.

I think most people post when they need advice about a problem, so its easy to read lots of threads about "bad" cats. It's not often people take an opportunity to post about all the good things their cat does.

Veda you are right, I do presume alot of people read the threads about cats needing help and usually it sounds like the cat is a terror or what not.

I created this thread to praise the cats or that should be everyone's cats that are good kitties. Everyday I can look at my cats and especially when I just got home from work or if I just read something negative about animals or cats, I so appreciate my cats. They are great cats!!!!

They are my best friends, and I dont know what I would do without them. I almost lost them a long time ago when my bf let them out when we first got them and he was mad, that was why he did it, but now he would never dare do anything b/c now he loves them so! But I got off of work early and came back and called them and they came to me! Especially Twinkie but Sugar came too but she almost ran back off again thinking "oh moms back, I can go play again!"

Anyways thanks for reading everyone, good day! :)

Hehe I really love my Twinkie and Sugar and as an everyday treat, I got them Wellness and Solid Gold canned food from now on! Everyday should be a special day for them hehe

My kitten is SOOOOOOOOO good. He has NEVER scratched our furniture, he ALWAYS uses his litterbox, if he drops a piece of food on the floor he eats it all up to clean up his area, he is quiet at night, he is affectionate and it is seriously surprising me how smart he is. He has started playing fetch, he comes when he is called...even from a long way away, he is just so great. I can carry conversations with him and I swear he knows what I'm saying. I love him to PIECES!

Mine are pretty well behaved...there's a little scratching on furniture, Stormy pooping on the floor for a few days when she was upset, hissing when I introduced them, but overall they do pretty well. I think I tend to blow over the few misbehaviors they have because, well, they're cats! It's part of their charm to do stuff they shouldn't.
But of course I'm as happy as the next cat owner when one of my furkids comes when they are called, jumps into my lap or purrs up a storm!
