Pinky is a healthy cat, acts normal, eats a healthy amount and is social and all but I was getting ready for a shower today and she came in to do her deed. I looked over at it making the pee-yu face as a joke and noticed it was a pale yellow! :/

Is this alright for cats? I mean I literally haven't seen one of her stools look like that and it certainly gave me more than the usual ick factor I get from stool!

Do you think she has a parasite? Or maybe just found something around the house that wasn't to her stomach's liking? (I try to keep this place clean but you NEVER know!)

I sound like a freak out mommy, but I literally have never seen a cat's stool such an odd color! Should I request a stool jar from our vet to get her tested? Thoughts? Concerns? :) Thanks guys.

If Pinky has not eaten anything unusual and there has been no change in what you have been feeding her, I would have the stool checked out. Some parasites, like coccidia, can cause a yellow stool.

Thanks, I'll definitely get it checked. Parasites are no fun :(
