Both the kitten in my house are young Sherlock will just be 7 weeks old and Loki is 6 weeks and a few days.I know this is young for a kitten to be away from its mother, but these guys were rescues and already taken away from mama.I think Loki was "weaned" the day,or the day before we got him has he had a nice round milk belly. He also suckles on my side/hip area.As for Sherlock he is very attached to me already and is always by my side when I'm home.

So I was wondering what effects has this early weaning had on my babies? Will Loki stop his suckling? He only does it to me which my roomie(his owner) a tad jealous about.
