My indoor cat Daisy,2 years old, was treated for tapeworm in April and now has this on her butt. I don’t have any other pets, she gets treated for fleas every month and there’s no rodent problems here.
Are these swollen glands or maybe worms? I would appreciate any input. Thank you! Carnivore Dog breed Felidae Whiskers Small to medium-sized cats

Send a picture to your vet. It could be a simple fix and you've avoided the expense of an actual vet visit.

Did you ever figure out what this was? My cat has a similar looking situation.
