Another note - she’s had this exact formation of black pieces in her butt for days. If they were worms wouldn’t it look like a different formation days later?

 

Send a picture to your vet. It could be a simple fix and you've avoided the expense of an actual vet visit.

 

My indoor cat Daisy,2 years old, was treated for tapeworm in April and now has this on her butt. I don’t have any other pets, she gets treated for fleas every month and there’s no rodent problems here. Are these swollen glands or maybe worms? I would appreciate any input. Thank you! Almost looks like a tiny bit of dried poo.. It does sometimes get stuck to their bottoms If concerned consult your Vet,

Did you ever figure out what this was? My cat has a similar looking situation.
