what is the correct dosage of Droncit for kittens?

I have three kittens that I have rescued and they have tapeworms. I also have droncit tablets. Unfortunately, I don't know the correct dosage. Do any of you?

The kittens are 11 weeks old, and one is 4 pounds, one is 3 and a half pounds, and one is 3 pounds.

I would ring your vet to check that one, I assume thats where you got them from? I recommend Drontal or Panacur rather than Droncit, as those two kill tapeworms AND roundworms.

I say about maybe 1/8 of a teaspoon. but ya I would check with the vet. to make sure on it. Even then the 1/8 might be to much still.

The recommended dosage for Droncit is,
4lbs and under....1/2 tablet.
5-11 lbs.......1 tablet
over 11 lbs.......1 1/2 tablet.

Do not use on kittens under 6 weeks of age.
