Just watched it on animal planet today. It was very interesting. It does show you the process which many of you would feel disgusted because they have to gut the animal but people used to do that to humans that were mummifed. They look so real. I'm considering have that done to Razzle when he dies. Before i said no way. I know many of you will say no way will i do that. I just love Razzle so much and he is the best cat i have every had. The people who have it done where very glad they did it. I know I'm going to get a lot of flack for this. It cost about $500.00 to $800.00 for a cat.

Hmmm, I don't know that I'd ever do that. It would be the shape of MowMow and the color but the....essence.. of him would be gone. It would just be an empty shell and to me, a reminder every time I looked at it that he was dead. Frankly to me, it's also just a bit gruesome and creepy.

I think that I'd prefer to have him cremated so that when I go we can be spread somewhere together.
creep factor = 100
You started a thread about this two years ago.

Still just as creepy.
