Hello, my name is Miranda.
34 from Oregon.

My kids and I currently have 5 cats, 2 dogs, and 3 large birds.

Recently I adopted some kittens, two are roughly 4 months old, and one we're guessing is maybe 4 weeks? Maybe younger. She was found in a friends's yard, apparently their dog tried to eat her. She recently got over a nasty eye infection.
So far she'll be the one I will be talking about the most, as she keeps eating her bottle nipples each feeding and I am stumped on what to do.

This is my first cat forum, I really should have joined a long time ago. I hope we're welcomed and I hope to get to know you all :)

Some pictures! (if I can figure out how)

Thank you for accepting and posting my introduction :)

Thought I'd share a few more photos if that's ok.
I'll lurk around a bit, try to get to know some of you and get a feel for things before I start posting questions or commenting.

Oh, wow, those are some *gorgeous* kitties! Welcome to you and your fur babies! :D

Thank you for taking care of that little baby, by the way. She is precious and a very lucky kitty, lol.

No, 5 cats total - 12 years, 2 years, 2 x 4 months and 1 4 week :) I'm sure I'd have room for 8, but not mentally. Their toys, scratching posts, cat beds and cat trees are already taking over my living room. They absolutely love my 7' tall entertainment center lol - and then very soon 3x the vet bills, with spays at $100+ a pop, vaccinations and whatever else comes up.
I'll have to post a picture of the cat take over tomorrow.

Since this was moved to 'meet my kitty' I didn't want to make a whole new thread with more pictures, so I will just add to this one.

They are slowly taking over my upstairs living room -

Eleanor's playpen in the corner, keeps her safe and keeps her from under the couches that recline -

Some of their stuff, which seems to be moving closer to my desk -

If not, than I end up with this while I am trying to work -

Eleanor - Found partially in a dog's mouth in someone's yard. She is still developing a personality, but so far she is a little monster <3

Misty - My daughter is a Pokemon fan and named her. She was found wondering around a car shop with her litter mates, she was the only one they could catch though. It took a long time for her to warm up to us. She eats constantly, getting a big tummy.

Kashmir - I am a Led Zeppelin fan :) She is ornery but lovable. She is my shadow, with me constantly no matter where I am in the house.
