If the vet says so, I don't see a problem with it. Personally, I like variety in my cat's meals, so you may want to check the list of ingredients and get other foods that replicate them.

 

To be honest i didn't ask the vet i just went to the pet shop and the seller recommended me this one he said its the best food for cats.

 

I would very much disagree with that. There are much better brands out there. If you can find a non-grain brand (cat food which is grain free) then that is much better for them.

 

Is it actual cat food? Or like a treat sort of thing? If it's actual food, you can feed it every day technically, but I wouldn't recommend it. Variety is the spice of life, and you can get plenty of variety that is most likely better for your cat, and better on your wallet.

Also, I don't think one package a day would be enough, that's only like 3 ounces, he'd probably need two, maybe more depending on his size and activity level.

 

If that's the only thing you're feeding her (i.e., a SINGLE pouch), it's unlikely she's getting enough food. The 3 oz cans only have 77 calories per can, so I'd assume the pouches are comparable. If your kitten is a year old, I'd assume he weighs at least 7 or 8 pounds, so he should be getting at least 3 pouches (depending on weight/activity level).
