Hello.
We adopted this domestic short-hair tabby female kitten a month ago, she's almost 6 month old now.
She seems to be healthy. She's quite energetic, plays a lot, grooms herself, uses litter box, eats well and so on.
A few days ago I watched her scoot on the carpet for about a foot (for the first and only time) right after she took a dump.
While maybe, I don't think it is parasites 'cause she was dewormed recently.
I checked her butt and there was a piece of fecal matter. Maybe she just wanted to clean it up well.
Just in case, I've made several pictures of her bum over the last few days. Her bum seems a bit brownish. I've never had a cat before so I can't tell if it's healthy or not.
The pictures are attached.
I'd appreciate your comments.
Thanks.

If they swallow people hair, somehow they do that. Then it can become a problem for them removing the poop, so they will scoot. They don't have hands and toilet paper to remove what is stuck on their bottoms. They do the best they can to clean up and it may just be your carpet. It works pretty good as TP.
