I read that cats don't drink much water?! And that they like running water

So when I went to the pet shop the other day they had a pet fountain. I stood and watched for quite a while and the dogs seemed to love it.. but I wondered about cats.

Anyway I got one and my little kitty loves it. He sat and watched it for a while and stuck his paws in a few times.. But now he goes to it and drinks from it far more often than his regular water bowl.

Does anyone else use one of these ? And what does your kitty think
