I hope this isn't inappropriate; I'll take it down if asked. I'm just excited about this gadget I bought. I few weeks ago I posted asking for suggestions on feeding my cat while I'm at work - sometimes I have 24 hour calls at the hospital and she gets fed twice a day. I bought this timed feeder off amazon and its wonderful.

I was afraid it might make her bond less if she gets her food from a machine but its the opposite. She no longer begs for food or meows in my face in the morning; she knows its coming at 7. I've become strictly for snuggles and shes more lovey-dovey then ever.
The ironic thing is, I still pay my neighbors teenager $5 a shift to come over and snuggle with her while I'm gone; so I actually haven't saved much money with the machine. Its worth it though to have such an affectionate love bug
